Engagement makeup is usually softer and more romantic. Since engagement outfits may be lighter than wedding outfits, the makeup can be fresh, luminous, and graceful.
The main difference is intensity and longevity. Bridal makeup must hold through heat, lights, movement, photos, and rituals. Engagement makeup still needs to last, but it can often be more delicate and fresh.
